When we refocus on the term ”precise“ from technique level to customer satisfaction, we put the accent on efficiency and aesthetics instead of section and elevation. In response to the new perspective, the innovation of theory and technique is generated.
專業領域中，我們雖然成長在不同的年代 來自不同地方，卻長期在固化學習模式中遲緩前進。
或者，更具體的是說，我們在所處的經營模式下，多數學習者在學習過程未能啓發起初的獨特本質，在需要熟練及分擔工作量的概念下，技術觀點及做法理所當然逐漸趨向同化，從一致性的齊平技術來看並無異議，而屬性在設計業別的美髮行業，是可以發展出具獨特性及務實性符合消費者的差異性。
學院將髪廊現況成功的操作流程及方法重新定義，化繁為簡編列為各自不同階段的學習者，發展淺顯易懂的學習方式，並推廣由設計為軸、會做在先、探索原理發酵在過程中、反思操作的觀點及教學相長的本意，表達同業在市場中共創、共享的具體實踐。
